EZ Street Cold Asphalt

The product I use to repair paved surfaces is called EZ Street Cold Asphalt. EZ STREET is a polymer-modified cold asphalt GUARANTEED to repair potholes, utility cuts, overlays, and edge repairs in asphalt or concrete. Not only does EZ STREET work in ALL weather conditions, it even works in water.

In Canada, EZ Street Cold Asphalt is being used for patchwork in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, BC, and the Northwest Territories. EZ Street Cold asphalt is also being marketed with huge success in countries around the world.

What is wrong with these pictures?

Unfortunately for most people that operate motor vehicles, the photo on the left is a harsh reality of the arrival of Spring to Canada.

Potholes result when water from melting snow settles into holes and cracks in asphalt surfaces and then freezes. As it freezes, the ice expands in the damaged area and this expansion further deteriorates the paved surface. Over the years, this freeze and thaw cycle creates havoc on asphalt surfaces and eventually, the result is as seen in the attached photo.

This problem can be fixed. The sooner that problem areas are repaired the better! But even extreme cases such as the ones shown are fixable. Not only are they fixable but I can guarantee that the repair will actually outlast the pavement that surrounds the damaged area. It's hard to believe, but repairs can also be done in temperatures as low as -20C or during a heavy rainstorm where the potholes are full of water.
